Teach-Up Initiative
A two-year flagship program focused on inclusive, quality education. It supports more than 20,000 children with self-learning, remedial classes, and early childhood programs across Aleppo's rural areas. It also trains hundreds of teachers and supplies educational equipment.

Rehabilitation of Educational Facilities
Across multiple phases, Fouadi rehabilitated over 25 schools damaged by conflict or earthquakes in areas like Dair Hafir, Al-Bab, and As-Safira. Work included repairing infrastructure, providing desks, sanitation facilities, solar units, and training for staff.

Multi-Service Platform
Part of a larger community platform, this component offered education to out-of-school children aged 6–18. Activities included early childhood development, literacy, and self-learning rooms across 50 village-based locations.

Self-Learning Program
To reintegrate children who missed school due to conflict and displacement, this program provided self-learning materials and community-based instruction. Over 4,000 students benefited from two phases, helping bridge critical gaps in access to education.

Emergency WASH in Al-Riyada Shelter
Rapid response for 4,800 displaced people. Installed complete WASH infrastructure across 24 buildings, distributed kits, ran awareness campaigns, and targeted 80% women and children.

Fouadi is a registered non-profit organization founded in 2010 that focuses on philanthropic work in education, health, economic empowerment, child and family social services, and housing & reconstruction. Its mission is rooted in community development and restoring livelihoods for vulnerable populations. Our work is grounded in collaboration with national and international partners including UNICEF, UNDP, WHO, and WFP.

As a Syrian charity dedicated to development, we are able to identify local needs, share internationally-recognized best practices, develop solutions and build on past experiences to enhance and expand partnerships with fellow institutions who share our goals in alleviating poverty.
