Together with our partners, we deliver lifesaving and transformative programs in education, health, protection, WASH, and livelihoods. Below are the key areas where our collaboration can make a lasting impact:

Education Projects & Activities

We believe education is every child’s right and the cornerstone of a brighter future. By partnering with us, you help drive efforts to:

►  Rehabilitate and equip schools, including prefabricated classrooms and child-friendly, inclusive, and environmentally safe furniture.
►  Provide remedial classes for low-performing students, returnees, and students in Grades 1–8, 9, and 12.
►  Support out-of-school children through empowered learning programs and transition to formal education.
►  Deliver Early Childhood Education (ECE) to support children’s growth and development.
►  Train teachers, school principals, supervisors, and other education service providers.
►  Distribute learning materials such as notebooks, pens, and school bags.
►  Supply teaching and learning tools to enhance the classroom experience.
►  Install solar systems in schools to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
►  Conduct school initiatives and establish children’s clubs to foster student engagement and leadership.

WASH Projects in Schools & Communities

Access to clean water and sanitation is vital to health and dignity. Through our joint efforts, we seek to:

►  Rehabilitate WASH facilities in schools and conduct hygiene promotion campaigns.
►  Support Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) through child-centered behavior change communication, hand hygiene awareness, and supply distribution (e.g., soap, chlorine, sprayers).
►  Rehabilitate water supply systems in emergency settings to restore access for vulnerable communities.
►  Rebuild damaged sewage systems to address wastewater challenges in affected areas.

Protection Projects & Activities

Fouadi works to protect and empower vulnerable groups, particularly women and children. Together, we are able to:

►  Establish safe spaces for women and children that are accessible and inclusive.
►  Provide case management and emergency support for children at risk (abuse, neglect, exploitation, child marriage, disabilities).
►  Deliver individual protection interventions including financial and material assistance and referral services.
►  Implement structured parenting programs both center-based and mobile.
►  Organize awareness sessions and community events on child protection issues.
►  Facilitate group mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) sessions.
►  Train staff on case management, child safeguarding policies, minimum standards, and community-based protection.
►  Provide legal services to families and individuals in need.

Health & Nutrition Projects

Every person deserves access to quality health care and nutrition. In partnership with you, we will:

►  Establish and operate health facilities, mobile units, and referral networks.
►  Rehabilitate damaged public health centers and replace broken equipment.
►  Deploy mobile medical teams and operate static health points where possible.
►  Conduct community screening for malnutrition among children and pregnant/lactating women.
►  Provide supplementary feeding or cash/voucher support for young children and vulnerable mothers.

Early Recovery & Livelihood Projects

Recovery begins with empowerment. Join us in restoring independence and dignity by:

►  Supporting the launch or relaunch of social and business startups.
►  Providing grants for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
►  Promoting home-based businesses, especially those led by women.
►  Offering vocational training for youth and female-headed households.
►  Rehabilitating local economic infrastructure such as markets, storage facilities, and workshops.
